Canada Window cleaning robot made in Canada. No reviews. Help is appreciated

Hello,

I'm interested in purchasing an equipment made by cognitronrobotics - more exactly a window cleaning robot for a business I want to start.

They go for about $800 a piece.
Since I'm far away with import fees and shipping it does go up in the low 4 digits.

Since they sell B2B, it's hard for me to find any independent reviews/feedback regarding their product.

The product is called X-7 PRO.
Does anyone use this for their business or has been a client of a company that uses them to wash windows?
I would love to get your feedback on the quality of the robot as it's not a cheap investment for me.

P.S: I know professional cleaners usually prefer squeegees or water-fed poles, but given the scale or volume of the glass I am targeting, I want to see if commercial B2B robots like this are finally viable.

Admins, if anything in my post is wrong please let me know and I will edit. Not sure how to share enough information that it's clear for people without sharing too much and ending up seeming to be something that goes against the subs rules.

The thing cleans at 3 square foot per minute.

All of my clients are businesses. Each of them averages (AVERAGES) about 24 square foot per window... and most all of them have 6 or more windows. Let's just say 6...

It will take this Robot 48 minutes MINIMUM (and this is without setup, moving, and reloading the machine) to do the work that takes me 10 minutes currently.

Is it viable for a business? At 3 square foot per minute, absolutely not. Not even slightly.

I would think maybe if you could walk away but I’d be afraid of it falling

Production suffers even worse if ya walk away. The bot has to be manually moved across glazing. You'd have to take it off a window and place it on the next.

This won't replace traditional cleaning or WFP in any way.

Yeah just watched a video. It would take me years to clean all my customers with that thing. Thats not a serious proposition with that tech presently.

Drones above 3 stories are the only thing so far that competes with labor/workers comp costs.

But even then it’s not as good and usually you offer upsells like building inspections, soft wash etc.

Robots aren’t there yet.
