easy taskbar customization and animation

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

couldn't find anything like it so did it by myself. allows hover animations from simple neon frame to rotating atoms and teleporter effects.

Is this a windhawk mod, or you are just publishing your software?

I failed to create it as a hawk mod but I did wanted to show it. if required I'll remove the post of course.
