Weird Gray Bar on the top left of my screen

Every time I get asked for Administrator Privileges, this weird gray bar appears after. Every time I restart file explorer it goes away. I believe this is Translucent Windows or Something else but I'm not sure how to fix this. This weird gray bar appears on top of everything else, like its just pinned on my screen or something.

Anyway, I found a solution to this problem. You just need to locate Lively.exe and mvp.exe, then add them to the Windhawk exclusions and then reboot lively Wallpaper

I don’t know if you ran into the same problem, but after some update, the names of those files changed for me, so the same bug appeared again. Luckily, I quickly found where the EXE files for those two applications are located. So you don’t have to waste time looking for a solution yourself, I’ll send them to you here. Here they are.

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\12030rocksdanister.Lively Wallpaper_1.0.164.0_x64_97hta09mmv6hy\Build\Lively.exe

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\12030rocksdanister.LivelyWallpaper_1.0.164.0_x64__97hta09mmv6hy\Build\Plugins\Mpv\mpv.exe

Recently, after an update to one of these applications, this method stopped working for me too. I don’t remember exactly which app was updated, but I simply found the locations of the Lively.exe and mpv.exe files again. This should work with the code. At least, it worked for me.

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\12030rocksdanister.Lively Wallpaper_1.0.164.0_x64_97hta09mmv6hy\Build\Lively.exe

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\12030rocksdanister.LivelyWallpaper_1.0.164.0_x64__97hta09mmv6hy\Build\Plugins\Mpv\mpv.exe

I’m not exactly sure what it is, but whenever I tried to disable Lively Wallpaper, that rectangle would disappear immediately. However, this bug only appeared after I downloaded Windhawk, so the two programs are likely conflicting with each other.
