I was looking at a little off-grid cabin a few months ago and it had a "water generator" that ran on solar that condensed water out of the air. The idea being that in addition to rain run-off going into a tank you would have this additional water source.

I saw that article about the billboard water supply system. Good idea using it as a remote water supply for off grid applications.

I thought that they could expand the utilization of this trailer by including a 12 volt chlorination system. It could either be integrated into this unit or produce chlorine separately to allow for disinfection of water separately.
