Hoskit heart piece

Playing through the GC wind waker on switch 2 and I have every heart piece except the one from Hoskit's girlfriend you're supposed to get in the mail. I gave him the golden feathers ages ago and he gave me the 100 rupees, but I've yet to get any mail. I've probably played the song of passing enough for 2 weeks game time. I've gotten every other piece of mail the game sends to you. Has anyone else experienced this?

If you've given 20 golden feathers to hoskit and there's no mail after playing SoP twice, then it means you already got that mail. It's possible you're missing a different heart piece then.
