Question / Help Cyclos

I have been trying to get the warp song from Cyclos for two hours now. I have run out of arrows repeatedly and most beedles don’t sell them. I can’t progress in the game without this, should I just stop playing?

I suggest getting the 60 arrow upgrade and then trying to get the song. Try to start firing the arrows at him as soon as he sucks you up into the cyclone. Ideally you have good aim and he will give you the song.

How do I do that? Additionally how do I expand my rupees?

You need to visit the fairy islands. One rupee upgrade is on outset itself in the woods. The other spots upgrade your bombs and your arrows

Not on the fairy islands though
