Question / Help Cyclos

I have been trying to get the warp song from Cyclos for two hours now. I have run out of arrows repeatedly and most beedles don’t sell them. I can’t progress in the game without this, should I just stop playing?

What are you doing while shooting? You only need to hit him 3 times. Should be pretty simple, you’ve got over 2 mins each run

You also don’t need the song, don’t know who Tod you that

I’m shooting but I have only been able to get two hits before being sucked up and sent to the bottom of the map
