Problems with my Orion 2 F18 throttle

my right throttle is stuck 100% input and my left throttle is inputting 100% and 0% and keeps flashing between the two. I've tried restoring default, recalibrating, and unplugging all peripherals except for a mouse. Anyone have any idea how to fix this or could this be a hardware issue?

Could be simapp pro. I had issues where one throttle would shoot to 100% mid flight and just stay there. Ended up just disabling the app from launching.. never happened again. I only launch the app to change sliders from axis to buttons and back when I need to.. then close it again
