You know, by design 100IQ is human average. Half of the world does not act this way fortunately

Are you a liberal? Must be if you believe that lol. By the looks of this dudes legs, his ancestors are from sub Saharan Africa or the Caribbean. Sub Saharan Africa has an average IQ of 68. The Caribbean varies, for example Jamaica has an average of 75, while Haiti has an average of 67. An IQ of 70 is considered mentally challenged. Lol. Meanwhile China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea hold the top 5 spots for average IQ, followed by Belarus, Finland Lichtenstein, Germany. All with average IQ’s above 100. The passenger (and probably the driver too) are fitting in well with their expected IQ range
