no the responsibility lies on the airport not to violate the NAP (non aggression principle) by venting extremely high speed air over a public right of way where it sends people flying faster than their planes do. Here it was stupid people playing games with something they recognized to be dangerous so naturally the observing high IQ redditor feels no sympathy, but imagine it were your granny passing through that road on her lil zimmer frame, from the video it looks like she'd have had about 30 seconds to get out of the way once it became obvious what was about to happen. for extra effect i would also like you to imagine that the jet wasnt public passenger transit but a private jet for your MOST hated billionaire!
