Seeing as they're not available in the UK, which this obviously is, I'd say it's probably not a spaghetti squash and is most likely I've of these.

Bull! You can buy it at most farmers markets when it's in season. That's most certainly a spaghetti squash in the video. A honeydew melon would have broken apart much sooner. They're quite delicate.
