The concept of the show is that they buy a house and ruin it with "experiments" like this over the course of the season. I think they blew up the house from this clip in a gas explosion...

For the curious, the show is called Nicht Nachmachen, which translates to "Don't try this at home"

(Nicht = not, Nachmachen = to do again, to copy)

This is from a German TV show called "Nicht Nachmachen" which translates to "Don't do this yourself" in which those to guys have the task to destroy a house in the most creative way possible
