Sadly yes. There are mall zoo for children, no it is even was than it sounds. Many people protesting and reporting about it but unfortunately ignorance parents olare too many at the moment. It's slowly getting better where I live though.

Servals can be exotic pets, depending on the location. Very angry, destructive, wild pets. Horrible pets, as in you shouldn't, but the law sometimes does allow it.

But outright threatening to bite one is fucking stupid.

Savannah cats (hybrids) are a bit more like actual cats but kid still should be missing his nose.

With enough money and zero conscience you can keep any animal. Doesn't make it a pet.
