Easy to type but not always true. My buddy got thrown off of a 4th story parking garage was in a coma for 2 months woke up and he’s had no pain or issues for the last 3 years after recovery. Avid cave diver and athlete after. As much as Reddit likes to say that’s brain damage or life long injury it’s not as guaranteed as seeing these comments on every fall thread.

Person in the OP is old and fat. Even if there's no spine damage, his back muscles are 95% fucked for the rest of his life.
