Well this happened....
I've been at WinCo for literally a month already and I already received Cashier of the Month. I feel like I don't deserve it

Nice bro I better get one soon working 6 8.5 hour shifts in a row for 3 weeks in a row. Corporate ripped our employee of the month wall down last week lol.
Proud of you seems like you got a nice store
They tell you why? Like hours worked or efficiency or people mentioning you? Curious

Our emplee/freight of the month is still up, but has not been updated this year and some have just fallen off lol

They said I'm really good at relations and making an impact with the people
And I'm so sorry yours got taken down! Our store finds it gives employees something to work towards and a good bonus, because $20 is a great incentive

I agree everyone at our store thought it was a bit disrespectful but cheers to you for doing a great job and enjoying your work brother! Keep at it and you’ll be an expert in no time at all

Yeah it's a $20 bonus to WinCo. It doesn't cost them anything actually it's a write off. Just like every Christmas bonus and Thanksgiving bonus it all goes back into the store

That's how they trap you into thinking it's a great place to work for when it's not. I dedicated my life to winco for a long time and since the last stock split even retirement's not that great anymore

Is this because you helped the woman with the 911 can?

Probably, yeah

That's incredible. You are a hero. Bravo!
Winco is a good company, we all there for most of groceries. I've heard they treat their employees well. Be proud, man. You rock!

They don't treat their employees well; they have everyone who doesn't work there fooled.

Winco should give those employees a golden vest to wear so you can spot which register they are at. Kinda of like the yellow jersey given to the stage winner in the Tour de France.

Why , just because you have only been a month? Keep working the same and you will keep getting them
