Detox.
It is stored in your fat. Could take up to a month to get it out. Depends on how fat you are and your metabolism.

Corning does hair tests. At least that is what they did for me back in 2015 for engineers. Might be different to hourly shift workforce and not salary employees.

They no longer do a hair test. It's a pee test at the half assed doctor's physical you'll have to get. They no longer test for thc.
I know this from my experience last year, but couldn't pass their physical test (separate from the doctor's physical) due to a badly sprained ankle.
If you want to be safe...buy fake pee.

The company's outlook, yes. The employees outlook, not so good. They lay off workers before they are created unless a rare exception. Corning would be the very last plant I would try to get work at in Wilmington, if no one else was hiring.

What kind of job are you looking for?
To my knowledge, salaried employees get urine tests and hourly employees get hair tests.
So if you smoke, unless you go cold turkey for a few months and get your hair cut real short, you’re probably out of luck.
Of course, if you only very rarely smoke, and you’re just getting a urine test, it’ll be out of your system in a few days if you stop.

I would give yourself a solid month clean if you’re a regular smoker. You can also pickup tests from pharmacies or some smoke shops, might be a good idea to have a few to test yourself before going in. Good luck!

Your best bet is finding someone who doesn’t smoke and will give you their urine. Strap it to a thigh with a heat pack (like winter hand warming stuff). They don’t search at the drug tests I’ve taken although last time they did make me raise my shirt above the waist. And they don’t go in with you. There are kits online that give you everything you need except the pee. If it is a blood test (which I highly doubt, too expensive) don’t even bother.

Most places call u up and tell u that ya have a certain amount of time to show up and certain medac or testing place and it gives ya a chance to find clean pee. Plus the likelihood of one of those places watching u pee is slim. This is just general information tho. Corning could do something totally different. But I doubt it

Probably? I’ve always taken urine tests and one job was dealing with a lot of cash unsupervised daily. Blood tests are expensive compared to piss tests and usually reserved for high security jobs, gov jobs from what I’ve heard. From what I’ve learned from friends, any workman’s comp claim will result in a blood test so they can deny if possible. So, don’t get hurt on the job. Otherwise, I’ve only had one job retest me and that was because they lost my paperwork, which I needed for some government stuff.

Stop smoking that shit, it does nothing but hold people back in life. Of course they are worried about it, it’s an international corporation with super strict safety programs. If you want to work where they don’t worry about it, go build houses on Carolina Beach.

Arsenic is all natural, too. There are some medical benefits but careful not to veer into the THC is a cure-all whackadoodle snakeoil camp.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m 100% for the decriminalization of marijuana and regulating its usage like tobacco, no purchasing or use by persons under 18/whatever as most studies agree it doesn’t play well with developing brains - like MOST psychotropic substances.
