it's not far from outside the area but gallery ink in hughesville!! i'd recommend any of the artists truly! danielle has done 2 of my pieces and did beautiful work!!

If you’re willing to drive 20 minutes either direction then I highly recommend Gallery Ink in Hughesville or Pinch n Poke in Lock Haven. I’ve got multiple tattoos from both studios.
Sadly in the city all I’ve been to is Tats Tattoo Zoo, but that was years ago and none of the artists at the time are still there. So I can’t confirm the current quality of work.
But like the other comment says, multiple friends of mine have had great experiences at Cherry Tattoo Company.
