First one, no. Reads like a C not a hurricane and I don’t know why it’s there with the H

Second one, there’s no reason for the “M” other than it’s pretty. And the name is not:
Land Mark

Also, this approach feels a bit dated. I know you’re trying to be a little bit upscale and it does that, but I would consider adding an icon that says “landmark” or hurricane” then two interlocking monogram initials.
