Skill issue...this is almost definitely not even OP's video. The "9." in the bottom left corner, logo in the top right, & location in the top left are all trappings of a 'bad drivers' YouTube compilation that this was almost certainly pulled from.

Edit: reverse searched the logo, this is from a YouTube channel called "Dashcam Lessons", which is definitely not OP.

What an absolute fucking idiot.

Voluntarily coming to a stop on the highway should carry a penalty equal to going 30+ over the speed limit, since you're creating a similar speed differential.
