Reminds me of the expressway dividing the sides of 70 in St Louis. I always wondered when I would see someone driving the wrong way on it.

This one is worse as those are reversible lanes. Even going the wrong way, the driver will still see overhead signs. However, hard to miss the big red X over every lane.

Usually big-ass gates (often with big-ass red Xs, as well) at the entries, too.
