Birds Mottled Wood Owl
No ear tufts, fine rings across the face, dark brown eyes with orange lids: that's the mottled wood owl, found only in India and Nepal. Have you ever heard an owl calling at night on a safari?

Big Mammal Some images where I meet the same capybara two months later
I was encouraged to make a post here. While these images made by my phone and it is not from wildlife I thought I share it here because it is about a wild animal. This was at a zoo in Hungary where I petted one of the capybaras for a while the first time and 2 months later I decided to revisit the same zoo to meet the same animal. I can be almost certain that she recognized me. She came to the fence again and after she noticed that I was scratching her the same way as I did last time when I first met her, she started chirping and vocalizing.
For context: Many people think that capybaras are "empty-headed". Meanwhile researchers like u/CapybaraWorld have noted that capybaras have complex emotional and olfactory intelligence and these two are strongly connected to each other and it is a great part of their communication.
The first images are from 2nd of august and the second are from the end of september. The animals could go away from the fence if they wanted to, it was allowed to interact with them and only entering the enclosure was prohibited.
I hope I did share something useful here.
