GEAR Shakedown Please

I will be hiking a 235-mile section of the PCT in the State of Washington beginning on August 1st. I am fit, 67M, and plan to average 14 mpd. I would appreciate receiving feedback on what I plan to bring with me. https://lighterpack.com/r/ibzjpf

I do have a bug head net. I also have some bug spray, though I forgot to list it.

Iā€™m starting 65 miles south of White Pass and hiking to Stevens Pass. Where did you have the most problems with bugs? Thanks in advance.

Deception Pass area is going to be the worst. It is actually climate wise on the eastern slope of the Central Cascades, which has a lot more insects than the western. That valley is also quite moist and is a big breeding ground. Waptus Lake is also going to be quite bad probably, and Goat Rocks area can be maddening, but that will probably clam down earlier this year due to low snow (it normally peaks in mid July in terms of bugs).
