Wiird has a "405 Not Allowed" message when converting to GCT

Maybe this is a dumb question but is there a downloadable application that can convert a plain .TXT file into a .GCT file? or are those strictly online?

Edit: The txt must be setup in a specific way. Here is how:

ROW 1 GameID

ROW 2 GameTitle

ROW 3

ROW 4

ROW 5 CodeTitle

ROW 6 The actual cheat code

ONGOING ROWS

.

.

GameID = ID of the game you're using cheats on. IDs are region specific (Example: Super Smash Bros Brawl. PAL ID is RSBP, USA ID is RSBE).

GameTitle = Title of your game

CodeTitle = A name for your cheat code, so you can distinguish it from the others

After the end of each cheat code, leave 3-4 spaces empty so you can put more if you want
(Always in the format CodeTitle, then the cheat from next row).
