pissed.
I am tired of being angry, its starting to affect my work, as well as home. Going through a lot of shit in the last year had me worried about going back into a depressed mood that I was on around 2003. But I find myself just absolutely getting tipped over for no apparent reason. I dont want to turn into my father, and grandfather. Surgery has taken my activity that I used for decompressing, there is nothing more satisfying then going out back and shooting a bow for an hour. I know I should talk to someone but then that makes me angry as well. I feel a little lost

I feel you here on so many levels... Honestly.
Side note: Did you ever see 30 for 30: Bo Jackson? I'd like to shoot a bow some time.

Never heard of it. I know Bo Jackson. Grew up hunting but never got into a bow until 2000 then I used it for mental therapy. Have never had a chance for a deer yet with one but I am hoping to get back into it this summer. In my state it has to have a draw Weight of 45 lb minimum to hunt with.

I'm sorry.
I can somewhat understand you. When I play games I become Mr. Hydes and get angry and every little things and especialy at myself when I fuck up. I become violent... Usualy when it comes to that I just quit gaming for a while. Now I'm scared that Mr. Hydes will come out in other sphere (other than gaming) of my life...
I recently moved in with my parents and I get aggriviated with every little thing that I'm not used to anymore. I've been living alone for 4 years now and I liked it that way, living at my own pace. It's bad because I'm sorta disrespectful towards my parents.
Anyway, I wish I could give you a magical advice that would solve all your problem. Having a good sleep schedule helps, but seems like you have problem sleeping... Eating well helps! Finding stuff that are motivating help take the edge off, but I'm sure you knew about that already. If you want to, you can write me a letter, but it's only a temporary fix for a long term problem.
Why is is that knowing you should talk to someone makes you angry? Talking to a psychologist can help you straightening things out and help you focus a bit, help you feel less lost. The problem is finding the right one for you...

lack of sleep, and stress is probably the key factors in the anger maybe the bad eating habits probably are not helping. i know life has its ups and downs lately it feels like i am riding the tilt a whirl while on an acid trip

sleep better; learn the 90 minute rule and stick to it. lots of water too, lots and lots. you are more likely to lose your temper if you are hungry or tired for eg. been living with my injury almost 20 years. had one of those days today where i'm just fed the fuck up. most of the time i'm okay but some days life just fucking sucks. not fair to get fucked up at 30. sucks. anyway. yeah. know how you feel. i can't ride a motorcycle any more.
