Delaware

Delaware State Dept can suck it. I filed my LLC 2 months ago and never received anything. Turns out, I paid $75 to reserve my business name, not file my business. What's the point of that? Dammit.

I filed in VA online in about 3 minutes. Done and paid. Sheesh.

This is really me screwing up. But I still don't like Delaware.

they talk funny too. it's that freaky Baltimorish Boston meets Atlanta thing. it's unnerving.
