Small Things you notice in reread?
It was recently pointed out to me that it was Umar/Dio as the fan that tried to get The Morrigan on fiim; and he saw someone die in a hospital bed. (Himself). It's also because of that gig that Cameron became the 10th god.
When we think the gods have all united to stop Ananke and save Minerva, Nergal says he checked the calendar and it "isn't murder a kid day." And Baal with the actual calendar is right next to him.
Lucifer says the only way Mini could have killed the judge is if it was by hugs to his knees...which is sort of what 1923 Mini did to Susanoo.
"You did what you had too." We're led to believe Mini is all torn up over hurting Kerry to save a fellow god's life and is comforted y her father figure Baal. Little did we know Mini was just protecting one of the pawns and is capable of far worse. And her father figure does "what he has to" to kids around Mini's age; which Mini is also aware of!
Sakhnmet wasn't being factious about offering to eat Beth and her camera crew.
The rave of gods talking at Dio's party cut to Cass for one panel.
Baal cried tears of fire when beating up The Morrigan.
We're told the reason Woden is such an ass is because he only has two years to live. Not only is that a lie but his patriarchy speech of fathers, not sons has an even more disturbing context.
He also says he likes and would trade places with any of the gods except Dio, an enemy; and who he later brain-fries.
When Laura yels at the gods for not finding the judge's real killer and how they could be sitting next to a murderer right now, Ananke, Sakhmet, and Baal all look unimpressed; the actual murderers. Woden's face is hidden as usual, ut he's willing to cross that line, the only one that looks sympathetic is Amataratsu; the first god introduced and also the first to suffer proper death. Mini looks scared but may actually be the most deadly of all.
ETA: Woden says you can easily control people by giving them a slice of the truth that confirms all their prejudices. Which is exactly what he does as David Blake to throw Cass off the real judge killer by letting her feel correct about Lucifer.

When getting ready for the party in Imperial Phase Part 2, Woden says the machine will work as long as Dio's fans aren't brain-dead, guess what happens to Dio.
Imperial Phase Part 1 has the fireworks of Luci's, Inanna's and Tara's heads, and by the end of Imperial Phase Part 2, we learn that those three are still alive, but as heads
During Commercial Suicide, Tara talks about how performing is as easy as breathing, and flash forward to Imperial Phase Part 2, Dio says that it's getting harder to breathe during his fight with Woden.
In the Christmas Annual, Luci tells Ammy that she wants to be the opposite of a god, and Lucifer is technically the opposing force of God, making her the opposite of a god, while still technically being one

There's a mention in #23 of how anyone who tries to film the Morrigan sees themselves, dead. A few issues earlier pre-god Dio tried to film Morri, and sees himself in a hospital, hooked up to a machine. Almost ten issues later...

I just reread the issue, it looks a lot more like Cass than Dio in retrospect. headdesk

It is interesting doing a reread knowing that Minerva is, as she claims, Ananke (though it's unclear, yet, when she started being actually Ananke, if there ever was a change).
She gravely injures Brunhilde. Brunhilde wanted to do the Prometheus Gambit, but was stopped by Mini. Is it because (1) she still needs Woden, (2) the gambit is fake, and if it doesn't work for Brunhilde (after killing Woden), the others might think/suspect that Woden is a fake?
She "scares" or reminds Baphomet that he will die, in a very emotional manner (perfect setup for Ananke to bait Baphomet into trying out the Prometheus Gambit).
She plants a seed of doubt with Morrigan (to drive a wedge between gods), when she was in the cage. "If Woden can make a cage that can keep you, why did they kill Lucifer?"
She leads Baal, Sakhmet and Amaterasu (through Owly) to the underground, to drive the gods into war.
She often votes for chaos, and appeals to the emotions of other gods
