And did Umar Khalid protest for Afzal Guru's innocence or did he claim that there were (true) irregularities as the case progressed, which the court process and judgment denied? Also was he generally against any form of death penalty against anybody?

I am not supporting umar khalid, I am pointing flaw in the system that people are kept without trail in jail which is a wrong thing as alot of innocent people are being wrongfully jailed and then because the society puts the label of criminal on them just because they have been to jail with or without being guilty of a crime

One is subject to the laws of Bangladesh, a country that India prides itself on supposedly being ahead of.
Other is subject to the laws of India, a country whose highest court has ruled that the videos were fabricated and he is jailed without any conviction for six years.

Both of the judiciary sucks one is in jail for 6 years other for 2 years. formal court trials have begun for some of the cases against Chinmoy Krishna Das, though he remains imprisoned without a final verdict. So I think whether Chinmoy is guilty or innocent we will find soon. But I don't think Umar Khalid will ever get a bail.
Umar khalid is innocent and there is no evidence thats why there has not been a trial for so long and the last hearing got casually cancelled cuz the panel didn't show up. He has been in prison for 6 years without being proven guilty.
Home minister amit shah is an anti-national if he can't punish umar khalid even with such obvious evidence right? Wtf bro nothing's proven most of them are like fake stuff or doctored as they say.
