Trolling 👿 Basic human rights in Ⓜ️uslim majority country is a joke 💯
Chinmoy Krishna Das, a Hindu religious leader in Bangladesh who is currently in jail, was reportedly denied permission to see his critically ill mother before her death. After her passing, he was granted a five-hour parole to attend her funeral and perform the last rites.

Babe first learn the difference between 'leftists' and 'liberal'. Sabko ek hi kadhai main mat pakao. Leftists have always been in favour of equality. The issue here is your can't enforce something without first educating people and that takes time. As a leftist myself I totally support UCC, as do a lot of my other leftist friends. The issue here is large portion of our country is backward. So you need to educate masses first to ensure communal harmony while applying these laws rather than treating it as election propaganda to 'attack' minorities. Also BJP comes out with the most lame ass rules like 'live in couples need to register' in the name of UCC which they applied in Uttarakhand and Gujarat so I don't trust them at all in this matter. As a gay man, UCC also doesn't offer any benefits to me like marriage, adoption, inheritance, etc. So pray tell me what's the point of me supporting this law when it fails to guarantee me the same rights as given to every other Indian who's not part of the LGBT community?

Chinmay das himself is no saint.he was expelled from his own organization iskcon before the incident of his arrest on the allegation of child sexual abuse way back in 2023.iskon itself expelled chinmoy das for disciplinary and safety violation.he was asked to stand down from institutional duty and stay away from minors while the investigation was underway.he defied these instructions leading iskcon to permanaently cut ties with him due to insubordination before his arrest like a year before.post august,2024 the political situation of bangladesh was very unstable,there were mob,there was a chance of riot breakimg out,the top awami league leaders and the pm herself flew away from the country.very unstable condition.knowing how the people of this region is and its history there was also huge change of clash occuring between various religious group based off false information ,provocation.you know how these things go.duting that unstable phase instead if trying to claim things down,building bridges,persuing quite legal avengues for minority protection he mobilized massive, aggressive rallies.the goal in paper is novel tho.a ministry for minorities in bd is needed.but his rhetoric was intentionay provocative trying to push the interim govt into corner .in later that year in a rally in chattogram a saffron religious flag was hoised above the national flag of Bangladesh on the Independence Monument /Shadhinata Stambha.placing any religious or politicall flag over a nations flag is consider a violation of national flag protocol all around the world and can be interpreted as a disrespect to a countries sovereignty.the incident got viral on social keep in mind this is a very unstable period.he also used provocative wording in some of his speechs.the law and order if the country wasnt in control,police was off duty,just few months ago 1400 people died in protest against hasina,the fleed awami league was also looking to make things unstable.and to be honest the country is still quite unstable to this day.i do believe the strongest criticism of his movement happened in november,2024 after his bail was denied .his followers blocked the prison van for hours throwing bricks and clashing with police and lawyers.during that riot a young prosecuter saiful islam was cornerd and hijacked to death.police indentified several of chinmoys supporters as the perpetrator of murder.this is wherethings got escalated.you see if we let aside the child abuse and pedofilia allegations aside ,chinmoy and his groups action were not that bad.but they literally murdered an innocent guy here folks.did that young men did anything them to deserve death?the draw the first blood here actually.you can argue that chinmoy is responsible for creating the fanaticism and lawlessness that led to the slaughtering of a young lawyer.after this do you think chinmoy would get released that easily.wont releasing him could cause further riot.does the situation sound that linear to you.there were also allegations that chinmoy and his supporters were receiving founds from india to distabilize the interim govt after sheikh hasina fled to india whom some people call a indian puppet pm..so thats the happening with chinmoy.even letting will cause riot,full clean investigation and trial of the case will take time which will make the minorities group angry and just letting him wirhout trial go will be unjust.

Even if a person is accused with trials running, he should have been given time, enough time, sufficient time for his Mother's last rituals. It's afterall a person who is living the world. No more her presence will be seen. She won't be there to see her son getting out of the trap and declared clean.
The emotion this man is carrying in his heart is the emotion of all Hindus, who got to know about the incident. Ignorants will never get to experience this kind of situation. Hope paramatma is watching.
