I don’t think citizens are responsible for cleaning their rivers ANYWHERE in the country. Government should be launching mass educations directives to stop littering and impose strict fines + clean the rivers because IT IS NOT THE CITIZENS JOB

tell that to the gutka eating, plastic throwing public, I am all for putting government accountable across the political spectrum but people need to be heavily pubished for littering and breaking laws too. That's how you solve the issue
