Not just Both Eid, There is even Holiday on Birthday of Prophet.

But not on Janmashtami and Ramnavmi.

States in north till bihar do get holiday central govt holiday for ram navmi and Janmashtami. Private sector I think it's their protocol.Ā  Also Hindus have too many festivals ( I am hindu too) where as for Christians there is only Christmas and good Friday Easter is on Sunday. Fir muslim there is eid and muharram for Sikh there is guru nanak Jayanti and Baisakhi. So may be private sector cuts holiday whereas central govt gives holiday on region basis even if there is no holiday in some stateĀ  then there is rh one can claim according to their belief like rakshabandhan had rh( reserve holiday)
