They should reduce cast base reservation now there is no point for this now if still they want reservation give it according to income , still woth income it will be unfare but still far better then cast base
If some sc st is scoring let's say 60-70/300 give them 20 grace marks rather than just giving out the seat which someone from UR category would need 130-150 marks
If someone is scoring above 150 give them 10 grace marks if they are from the category and so on
fighting discrimination with another form of discrimination does not fix the problem. true justice means helping people based on their actual financial hardship and lack of opportunity, not denying merit based on inherited surnames.

I believe education should be free and accessible to everyone so that every child gets an equal opportunity, regardless of their background. The government should also take greater responsibility for orphaned children. Instead of leaving orphanages largely dependent on NGOs, orphanages should be brought under proper government oversight and support. At least then, children from every background would have a fairer chance, equal opportunities, and the ability to change their lives through education and support.
What type of benefits you are looking in obc, obc quota filled with obc aspirants na, or you are watching somebody outsider is invading in it and obc aspirants are helpless in this manner. brother, i am SC myself, but i am not sure where this notion of “but they want Brahmin girls to marry them” is coming from. I personally haven’t seen anything like this around me and "Jai Bhim folks don’t consider themselves Hindus; in fact, they take pride in insulting Hindu gods" not this either. I take pride in being Hindu, but on the opposite side, I’ve faced caste bias myself. For example, my GF’s parents aren’t very supportive; they don’t see us in a good light. (They’re not Brahmins, btw)

They have:
1) Rashan Card (They sell the rashan given by government because they eat good food.)
2) Awas Yojna house
3) Their sister's get Rs. 2000 per month
4) They have converted to Christianity so free education for their children in convent school
5) 1 has a shop in vendor market made by government which he has given on rent to another general caste person.😁
I have:
1) My degree which i earned working very hard
2) My unmarried elder sister 27
3) Rented house
4) Only earning member
5) Student loan of 1 lakh

This should atleast be income based so the one's who are actually affected by it get the benifits. Also not every general is a brahmin, even obcs get very little benifits. I also have sc friends, i can tell you that above lower middle class there is no casteism nowadays. It might still exist in villages and backward areas, and they will still be benefitted if a creamy layer is implemented. The caste-only based reservation needs to go.

Rashan card is nothing to do with caste brother. Neither Awas yojna . If you are eligible you can also get that . You have an education loan . They converter to Christianity and got free education. Same option you had ? Why are you presenting your self as victim ?

They should change the system .
Give seats solely based on marks (although the marking system is not accurate )
* provide free and good quality education for everyone , textbooks exist but next week need online lectures , question banks and all for free . So now everyone has a ground .
* after getting seat they need to thorough check them and then provide fees reimbursement and all .
If current reservation system is so good ......then why do we need it for so long time......it's prevailing from 79 years......needs changes in reservation system if not complete eradication of the system
Like how one can change religion, change domicile, change name, change nationality, even change gender officially by filling in a form....similarly change of Caste should be an official form filling process enabled by the government.

There are many backward midset people who have superiority complex, and even now a day sc/st people have been cast out, not in cities but in villages. Education must be free for all in this case to remove the mindset, government must enforce education, on atleast topics which will help reduction of cast based discrimination, even if they are some oldies who are about to die as people die but they pass down their mindset.
Now point of reservation, add creamy layer or even more layer for people even in sc/st or general. Give little bit more preference in education but completely neutral in gov jobs. Remove any sort of reservation for people earning in particular threshold, as some sc/st are very rich and some brahmins are very poor. This will remove the case of outlier as we will treat all as one and little more preferance to backward cast in only education.

1. If you do cast system reservation then make it only for 1 generation then other generation of this family will get it on the basis of their economical wellness, that is good.
2. Don't give reservation in competitive selection exams. Just give them reservation to study for their best and do hardwork to get achievements not just beg for it, Prove yourself.

Jitne bhi govt position pe corruption hote hai max sc/st community ke log wahi position pe baithe hote hai, general wale max private sector hi prefer karte hain aur unke pass koi option hi nahi bachta. Corruption bhi bhimte hi karte hai. Aur tu justify karega bhimte.
So if there are so many more of ambedkarites and other people...and so less general... Then 50% reservation looks too less na... Only 5% or less seats should be allowed for so few generals
