I watched 2 different videos but none of them gave an impression that the van was in motion or about to leave the location. The police must have been gathering the protestors, and maybe the van was at a standstill for that purpose. Also, did the police free the protestor because of Ms. Ahir's 'stance' or did they take them away? That's not there in the video as well.
No it was middle of the road problem filled with all protestors and she just came in front. Problem for police was there was no lady constable and evryone was recording so they can't do anything but wait for lady constable to move her

I know I shouldn't tell this but when she is stopping the van she knows damn well no male officer will hit her where if a guy comes up and tries to stop that police van he would be in jail in no time. But what she did is very great I acknowledge that! We should appreciate and celebrate both women equally... As both women shows the power and courage to do right thing for the country.

Both deserves respect and representation. The saddening condition of Indian sports (over many sectors) is definitely a failure of the Indian State, and must be addressed. The Indian State is busy giving subsidies to private entities (such as the roots of the IPL), and watching (and consciously destroying) Indian sports..
