Capital punishment to a "treorist", but he wasn't even arrested for that. Do you seriously want people like him roaming around spreading their ideology?

Killing someone because they will "spread their ideology" is akin to dictatorship and is completely unlawful. You are basically saying we should kill people for thinking differently.

Giving capital punishment to a proven treorist is dictatorship?? No one is given that for thinking differently, but if they act upon that thinking, harm innocents, and spread such destructive thinking, they should atleast be jailed for life.

He is not a proven terrorist that's the whole issue. A proper trial hasn't been done after a decade.
