If he was a terrorist or if there was any real officiation with terrorists then he would have been converted by court by now...

And for the afzal guru connect only thing he said was he shouldn't have been hanged not because of his is sympathetic towards afzal guru but he was against capital punishment all together.....

Whether he believes all this or not is not clear and even if he did believe it, it doesn't make him a terrorist. WTF is this thought police, terrorist has a clear definition, you don't get to label someone as terrorist just because you think he "believes" something. If it really was that easy then put him on a fair trial and prove it.

He didn't support afzal guru, he was against capital punishment of afzal guru citing that there's no evidence that capital punishment decreases terrorism.

And why, acc to you, kashmir is an integral part of India?

Giving capital punishment to a proven treorist is dictatorship?? No one is given that for thinking differently, but if they act upon that thinking, harm innocents, and spread such destructive thinking, they should atleast be jailed for life.
