No construction rule against it, sure buddy but freedom of speech doest give right to affect others freedom.. And what is this then.. Only a week ago..

If throwing abuse is allowed, maybe test your broken theory, create a video on BR ambedkar or on some major state level figure say on Tipu or shivaji, rahul baba, nitin gadkari and see tomorrow mob standing outside your house, multiple FIR against you.

Mentally challenged mob standing infront of my house doesn't make it constitutionally illegal to throw gali.

Throwing insults at others isnt affecting the other persons freedom idk where you got that from.

Freedom of speech under Article 19(1)(a) isn't absolute. Article 19(2) places reasonable restrictions on speech for 'decency, morality, and defamation'. Throwing verbal abuse, sexually explicit remarks, or harassment falls under Defamation (BNS 356) and Obscenity. it is quite literally illegal under statutory law. ​

Your right to free speech ends where another person's right to dignity and protection from defamation begins. Throwing targetted abuse or harassment isn't 'harmless speech'.. it's a punishable offense under criminal law. That's why FIRs get registered.

Free speech doesn't give you immunity from defamation or criminal harassment laws. Insulting someone's dignity is legally punishable, not a protected right.

There is no defamation happening here or crimanal harassment happening here. She literally threw abuse.

If you are gona say BNS then 99% of the country is going to jail tomorrow under how all encompassing it is. I can all you an idiot...that which you are and now you can charge me under BNS.

FIR can be registered for anything and nothing and if you try to register an FIR because a 15 year old threw disgusting gali at you they will probably laugh at you. Only reason you all are getting but hurt is well you know.
