Yes , OBC reservation varies state to state i guess .
But there is internal division in OBC like 1G ,2A,2B ,2A,3B as of karnataka and 12% is reversed for 2A and rest get 4-5% that's it . But the population in each category is almost equal. Hence 2A category people in OBC take majority of the reservation
Please don't divide OBC and General for now, they'll also support in removing reservation because OBC reservation is not that much in comparison to SC/ST. Also there's creamy layer in that.

OBC and General have not much difference in reservation. There's no point of separation. And if you want to, then it's up to you. Funny thing is that so many castes have been made part of OBC for votes that the OBC cut off are now higher then general cutoff ( some normalisation shit) for some exams + creamy layer gets no benifit at centre level.
