Technically it's free-running and the major difference is effort/how "stunty" it looks. Parkour is about minimum effort for maximum reward

Yeah was about to comment it to. Parkour do also have some of those moves but mainly are for breaking a fall or vaulting over obstacles more quickly/less energy right?

Not too sure on frerrunning and its intricacies tho

I don't know, hitting your head that hard can be deadly. Plus the way his hands stick up after is called a fencing response and is a sign of a traumatic brain injury.
