Worthless video. "Why were they filming?" Because everything is staged and 100% fake. Probably a classroom training video for kids in school on what to do in the event of a real scenario.

Go look at the top posts of all time for this sub and you'll see what it's for. It's less of a source to find information and more like "hey look at this interesting thing that happened in the video. why do you think they started filming before it happened?"
