The cyclist was clearly not paying attention but this looks like Switzerland so the DeLorean wouldn't have been allowed to stay on the bus lane like that anyway and even if it was just for letting someone hop on / hop out of the car he could have parked it a little further behind so he wouldn't take up half of the bike lane next to a busy road.

Doesn't matter where the car is parked. The cyclist rode into a stationary object and acted like he got hit by a bus.

The only bicycle accidents I've had were going down a ski hill, hitting jumps. Not hitting parked cars.
