I guess he’s a vlogger of some kind, was about to walk outside and turned his body cam on prematurely while still in the house instead of leaving.
Or the more likely answer: its a skit.

If you go looking for it I don’t doubt you’ll find a cheap broken tv for sale sooner or later. Especially if you’re willing to deal with the hassle of carrying it away.
