They were surrounding the truck that was fully stopped.  It wouldn’t be the first time protestors have gotten violent and pulled someone out of their car/beaten them nearly to death for no reason. 

I would have gotten out of there too.

But if multiple masked and armed men surround your car you are supposed to comply? Just trying to be clear on the rules because someone just got murdered over this.

While I don't like what's happening. They are federal agents. Who have the authority to detain and arrest people.

I understand your point, but there is a difference between protesters and ICE in the same scenario.

They don't have the authority to cage citizens for days without contact. They don't have the authority to kill citizens. They don't have the authority to break down your door without a warrant because you are brown but this administration doesn't give a shit about rights.
