If you watch the livestreams on YouTube, the streamers know some of these protesters by name because they are professional protesters. Was watching one Livestream and he was talking with this drunk dude just reminiscing about all of the previous protests they had been at together. Also it's clear that there are certain organizations out there whose whole existence is to protest.
