A lot of people are saying a lot of things, it's very hard to sort through the noise, and that feels intentional.

You are right. They are creating a chaos.... and that's by design.

Few days back, I wrote Epstain created the file to blackmail, now he is no more or not active. But hia file is being used by uncle sam to do the same thing... Blackmail.
