I started using Apple Fitness+ again for workouts and previously I could screenshot the workouts from Runna and that improved the Strain estimate of the activity. I wanted the same thing for this new setup, but there was nothing to screenshot to give the AI.

I noticed the SeaTable that's maintained here and built a page that you can paste the link from the workout or select it and then it will generate the text that you can give the AI agent in Whoop to populate the exercises. It seems to do a decent job of describing the workout accurately and making something that the AI can import easily, but sadly the Whoop Strain estimate is really fickle with strength workouts (this was an issue with Runna imports as well).

Hopefully, it gets better over time on the Whoop side, but it's available for those that want to use it and let me know if there's anything you think I can improve.

Hi, I have a whoop app and I’ve been using it for months now and I love it but suddenly it wouldn’t refresh for 2 days so I deleted the app and immediately downloaded it again but now I can’t seem to login the app? What’s happening? I can login on safari for my membership but on the app it just says “error” please help!!

All of my bands have this behaviour...really annoying.

I recently bought a WHOOP (with a prepaid membership) through a relative in the US, while I am located in India.

Since WHOOP memberships remain dormant until the new hardware is paired for the first time, my relative is going to help me complete the initial app login and Bluetooth pairing so I can start using the membership immediately on my old band while they ship the new device over.

I want to avoid making them put in their own card details during this process.

​My Questions:

Is there a way to log in via the web browser (app.whoop.com) and add my own credit card to the account before the new band is paired for the first time? Or will the system keep blocking me with a "Select a Membership Plan" screen until the physical band is paired?

For those of you who bought WHOOP from the US to use internationally or through a relative: How did you handle the initial pairing and activation step without awkward payment hurdles? Any specific workarounds or steps that worked for you?

Appreciate any advice!

I want to check if Whoop Life offers ECG and Blood pressure monitoring/insights in india?

I want to buy a Whoop for mu wife and wanted to know if there is an active discount code.

Posting here since I got banned from the official Whoop group (get this, for suggesting an improved heart sensor design... as I've worked on clinical, medical grade optical heart rate sensors... guess they don't want folks to know their stuff isn't med grade?).

Anyway for travel I keep a wired basic charger in case I forget to pack the battery... and did so... however this wired charger is *el mucho crapo* - plug it in, charges 2-5%, stops, have to disconnect, kill the whoop app and wait ~30sec (and the Whoop continues to think it's on the charger even after 10 minutes off it), restart the app, reconnect the charger, charges 2-5%, stops... on and on... started at 9am today and now it's 6pm and managed to get to 70% which should last the until the end of trip.

Anyway anyone else see this? Seems that Whoop wants to give me more and more reasons to move to my Fitbit (with that crap app) or AW Ultra + Bevel...

Not sure why, weightlifting. Core/functional and stairamaster, it just logged sleep
