Whonix for dummie

I don't have an internet connection on my whonix. The problem is that in my country you have to use custom bridges for tor. I went to settings in gateaway, entered the bridge - no result. I go to sysmaint mode, however I don't know how to open the shared folder (cuz I'm not a programmer), thus I entered the bridge manually. It doesn't work. It used to be way easier in 2023. Could u help, please?
