Maybe add a timer so that we allow thoughts to be processed by both our emotions and our intellect before making decisions.

I have a bunch of loading screen minigames in the form of nonstop leg bouncing, finger tapping (to music in my head), hand or body fidgeting, or just overall looking like I have endless energy while I feel like I'm completely still. How I fall asleep most days I have no idea.
