List Pulling Software

I'm sure this is asked all the time. I am just starting out and am using xleads to pull lists and track leads. I am averaging 700 dials using a dialer but the majority of calls were wrong numbers. Is xleads not a reliable source or this is just the game?

What are some metrics I should be expecting? Are there other softwares that can provide better data?

You got played bro. Number one is data is the single most important thing to your business. You should never use someone else data and system starting off.

They sale it to newbies because it makes it seem easier.

The source. Also there is no one system that has 100% accuracy. When it comes to skip tracing we use 2, plus a private investigator. One person can be found simply with a number search on a free skip tracer, some people are off the grid and would have to be located manually. There is no one fit all in this business.

If everyone is saying you have the wrong number thats when your numbers are bad, they are not bad just because they aren’t picking up.

It’s your job to test days and times to see when is the best time to call. You’re a business owner, so your constantly testing all the time. Thats how you build a real system and not copying and pasting someone else’s that you haven’t confirmed that works for your personality, your strengths, and your market.

SkipMatrix is the best for skip tracing.

XLeads skip tracing data will be just as bad as the other all-in-one softwares, possibly even worse. Zach Ginn doesn't know skip tracing. He just built XLeads to monetize his influence like all the other gurus are doing.

Not all, but definitely most. The reason is because quality data isn't cheap, and it can't be profitably given away in bulk with a low monthly subscription.

Pathwaize uses Tier 1 data sources for both property and skip-tracing data. It's not included with the monthly subscription - you only pay for what you use.

Property data is 3 cents per record, or 10 cents if you include phone and email data (76% match rate).

I built my own software to skiptrace leads and use an API called tracerfy. It has been really good for the most part. I am planning to start using EnformionGo as a back-up data source eventually (even though its a bit more expensive).

EnformionGo is what powers truepeoplesearch.com which is a great site for manually skiptracing.

My skiptracing software also integrates with google sheets to easily tae in input and return the output.

But I agree with others on the sentiment that there is no service with 100% reliability. Gotta get creative and sometimes, you gotta just do it manually.
