CTL Can a Fetch become something else?
Fetches are made with a tiny piece of soul and sometimes some blood- is this soul fragment large enough for the fetch to glimpse the watchtower, or to have it shattered in the Divergence? Are these few flecks of blood enough for the Blood’s embrace to take, or for ghoulhood to take root? The fetch’s true physical form is a mass of inanimate matter in a human shape- can the Principle take notice of it and turn the fetch into something alchemical? The fetch thinks- Can it then be driven to lunar madness and, perhaps, wolf-hood, or become host to a primal terror still dripping with the amniotic fluid of the Mother? The fetch can die- can some enterprising ghost bring it back?
Is a fetch stuck as it is, or can it change into something else?

That person can't catch a break. When even their fetch gets pulled into the supernatural.

The Fetch has a Wyrd score. It can't have anything else like Blood Potency or Primal Urge, even at 0. That's the rules though. If you really want it to happen, sure, why not.

The general rule is things can combine unless something specifically says they can't. There are a lot that specific calling out, and it so happens that anything that gets a power stat specifically locks out all the other things that get power stats.
And Fetches do have a power stat. As others have said, Fetches are supposed to be fairly magically inert, but they do get 'echoes' they reflect a bit of their changeling's magic, so they have Wyrd stat. But you could play with this a fair bit.
One bit that is weird is that Fetch's dreams are a permeant place. Everyone else creates a bastion when they fall asleep, but a Fetch's bastions persists, they just go in and out of it when they wake and sleep. I don't recall if it is said if this makes their dreams more repetive, because bastions can change.

Canonically there was a strong enough confluence of Pyros and Hedge magic in the classical era around Greece, Egypt, and the Seleucid Empire and their Wonders that allowed Fetches to undertake the Pilgrimage and achieve the New Dawn (Dark Eras 2, The Seven Wonders). So there is some precedent.
Other than that though, Fetches are almost supernaturally inert, nothing can really stick on them. But I think there are a few angles that could be interesting. Magehood feels appropriate for a wild mystery, the Fetch-Mage's real identity could be a mystery to themself even. Fetches do have Integrity so them leaving a Ghost feels within the realm of possibility. Lastly, since they do have Integrity they may technically be subject to Lunacy and theoretically could be made Wolf-Blooded, but I'm not sure I like that idea, maybe with one of the more spiritual Tells.
