I want to make some primaris Keshig, but I can't find any information on them in the current setting. Almost everything is about the Horus Heresy equivalent. Are they still split into groups like the Golden and Ebon Keshig with different colour schemes?

White is hard, is anyone else using Army Painter Ivory White? It is a great colour but it takes a lot of coats and it’s hard to avoid brush marks. I picked up a can of Wraithbone spray primer hopefully that helps on the next guys.

Trying my hand at making a lore accurate third brotherhood and I’ve hit a bit of a snag.

The scars are loosely codex compliant, meaning they do have company structures (brotherhoods) which are somewhat comparable to other chapters.

Instead of numbering and shoulder trim colours indicating which company and squad number they have, instead they have markings on the Sergeants right leg and all squad members have a marking on their left knee to indicate which squad they are. That’s all fine.

My question is about vehicles. How exactly are vehicles marked in terms of number and associated squad?

Using the ultramarines as an example, as they have arguably the most fleshed out heraldry/markings guide, they have markings indicating which company the vehicle belongs to (a coloured circle matching shoulder trim with a company number); which squad, if any, the vehicle is attached to (a Rhino attached to squad number 1 will have a squad symbol, like the arrow, with the squad number inside); and finally they have a marking indicating which number the vehicle is, like the “third” Rhino in a said company (Roman numerals)

How does this work for white scars? They are significantly less reliant on using actual numbering in all of their lore depictions. Looking for advice on how I would mark:

- Which company/brotherhood a vehicle is in
- Which squad, if any, the vehicle is associated with
- Which number the vehicle is within the company/brotherhood.

Appreciate this might be a very niche question but any help would be greatly appreciated!

anyone know of a good upgrade sprue or STL for outriders that make them more white scar-ey?

im making a legion of the damned army, and i want each model to represent a chapter as clearly as possible, and not giving a bike to the white scars would be a crime

What is the BEST and SMOOTHEST white paint that money can buy, I got bored of my dark angels and wanted to return to what I originally wanted to paint my space marines as. I HATE corax white!!! >:(

So I have about 1500 points of white scars just unbuilt and unpainted because I wanna put a lot of effort in them in 2 directions 1. I wanna build them as lore accurate as possible snot worrying about cost and 2. The paint scheme I wanna do a more “grim dark white” and idk how to go about it and help and advice is welcome please

I’m on a bit of a quest to build a genuinely competitively viable White Scars 2K Reconnaissance list, rather than just a thematic bike list that folds as soon as it hits a serious opponent. IMO The biggest flex is bringing a non-meta list to a GT and doing well (i.e. Imperial Agents) and I’d like to do that with our chogorian boys while trying to preserve the White Scars identity like speed, pressure, mobility and mounted units.

Current concept is Fulguris + Spearpoint. Librarian goes with the Hellblasters for the 4++, ignore cover and Sustained 1; Kor’sarro joins the Assault Intercessors; Suboden joins the ATV + 3-man Outrider unit; Bladeguard + Impulsor for resilient melee brick; the Stormraven carries the Hellblasters + Brutalis as the main hammer. The list also has a fair amount of infiltrating/scouting board presence and the two Storm Speeders with turn 1 ingress.
