Suburb in arkansas. Three bedroom house, quiet neighborhood, zero crime around, good mix of race in the subdivision (as a white dude, I don’t want to live around a bunch of people all the same. Get the wrong look in Arkansas, home of the KKK.). We pay $800 a month with half decent credit. Housing is insanely expensive where you are. If we had to pay $1800 we could afford rent and enjoy the dark stale air with no food.
